Subscription Key Invalid

For Version 8 Users:
If you have already updated your software to Version 8, try erasing everything in both the Account User ID Textbox as well as the Subscription Key textbox. Then, when both textboxes are completely empty - begin again.
- Start by entering your PCS Account Email in the Account User ID textbox.
- Paste or enter your 12 digit subscription key into the Subscription Key textbox, making sure it looks exactly as it does in your PCS Account Manager. The format should be XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and make sure there are no spaces before or after the key.

For Version 7 and below:
We released Pro Contractor Studio Version 8 on 03/27/2023 and with it changed the way subscription keys are created. Please update your software to Version 8 by going to Help ---> Check for Updates and following the instructions to update the software. Once you are running Version 8, enter your PCS Account Email Address in the Account User ID textbox, and your 12 digit subscription key into the Subscription Key textbox, making sure there are no spaces before or after the key.
