Software Republic handles all support issues through this web site. We do not offer telephone support. All support for Software Republic programs is free of charge.
    Our support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (US & Canada), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    If you require technical support for any Software Republic, L.L.P. program, first check the Help screens within the software and the accompanying documentation. In addition, you may obtain technical support by logging into the Online Helpdesk below.

    To access the Online Helpdesk for assistance with your software or to search the Knowledge Base, please login to your Helpdesk account.
    New Accounts: To create a new Online Helpdesk account, enter a valid email address in the box below and click on the Login button. This email address will be your login from now on to access all of your support tickets.
