When I roll the scroll button on the mouse the program shuts down.

Make sure the mouse driver is up to date. All users running Windows 10 have solved the problem by clicking on Start > Settings > Devices > Mouse & Touchpad and setting the "scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" switch to off.
