Error building thumbnail: Invalid file format

When I click on the plant Marker/Interior drop down arrow to view the symbols, I receive an "Error building thumbnail: Invalid file format" error message.

1. Look in the C:\Program Files\Software Republic\RCLI 5 AutoCAD\symbols\plant markers folder.
