How do I make the background image lighter so more of the irrigation or landscape plan shows?

You can adjust the opacity of an image during the process of inserting the image onto the drawing screen using the Draw > Insert Image command. If the image is already on the drawing:

1. Unlock the layer (Background Image) in the Layer Manager so you can select the image on the design screen.
2. Select the image by clicking on it one time with the left mouse button.
3. Click on the View > Properties command.
4. Change the Opacity setting in the Properties box to a value of less than 100%. The smaller the value the more transparent the image becomes.
