When I select New Custom Drawing in the Startup Screen or File and New from the menus, a box momentarily opens and then shuts down.

The problem may have something to do with paper settings that have been previously saved. To solve the problem:

1. Start Pro Contractor Studio and select one of the 8.5 x 11 template files in the Startup Screen.
2. After the drawing opens, click on the File menu and choose Drawing Page Setup.
3. Change the Paper Orientation, Border Margin, and Scale to something different.
4. Click on the OK button.
5. Click on the File menu and choose New. The dialog box should open and remain open for setting selections.
