I receive an error message that says Pro Contractor Studio has encountered a problem and needs to close…..

Check to make sure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on your computer. Pro Contractor Studio cannot run without Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. Windows XP:

  1. Click on the Start button and then Control Panel.
  2. In the Control Panel, click on Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Scroll down and see if Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 appears in the list.
Windows Vista or 7:
  1. Click on the Start button and then Control Panel.
  2. In the Control Panel under Programs, click on Uninstall a Program.
  3. Scroll down and see if Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 appears in the list.
