The toolbars are locked and I cannot move them to a new location.

Delete the Profiles folder from the system registry. To delete the folder:

1. Start the Windows Run command.
2. Enter regedit and click on the Open button to open the system Registry Editor.
3. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER, locate SOFTWARE, Autodsys, AcceliCAD 2008 V2, and then Profiles.
4. Right mouse click on Profiles and select Delete from the resulting pop-up menu.
5. Close the registry and restart AcceliCAD.
