The changes to my irrigator’s seal do not appear when I place the symbol on the design screen.

If the seal has already been placed on the design, the original drawing is a block that is embedded inside of the drawing. You must delete the block before you can place a new symbol that displays the changes to the original drawing.

1. If the seal is on the design screen, select the seal by clicking on the symbol with the left mouse button.
2. Press the Delete key to remove the seal from the design.
3. Click on Tools > Purge Symbols.
4. Locate the seal drawing in the list and click on the drawing name one time with the left mouse button to select the block.
5. Click on the Purge Selected Symbols button to remove the symbol block from the drawing.
6. Use the Draw > Miscellaneous Symbols command to replace the symbol with the new changes.
