The RainCAD / Land Illustrator menus and toolbars are no longer visible.

1. Click on the Tools menu in AcceliCAD.
2. Click on Customize in the Tools menu. If the Tools menu does not exist, type _customize in the Command Line and press the Enter key.
3. On the Customize dialog box, click on the Menus tab.
4. Click on the Reset button and then the Close button.
5. Close the AcceliCAD program.
6. Using Windows Explorer or My Computer, locate the folder where RainCAD / Land Illustrator was installed. By default it will be installed in the C:\Program Files\Software Republic\RCLI 2008 IntelliCAD or the C:\Program Files\Software Republic\RCLI 2011 AcceliCAD folder depending on your version of the software. Then, open the data folder.
7. Delete the RainCAD Toolbars.mnu and RainCAD Menus.mnu files and restart the AcceliCAD program.

If that does not solve the problem:

1. Start the AcceliCAD program. When running AcceliCAD for the first time in Windows Vista, right-click on the shortcut and select Run as administrator. This will only be necessary the first time you run the program.
2. Click on Tools > Security and then Security Level.
3. Click on Low and click on the OK button.
4. Close the AcceliCAD program.
5. Run the RainCAD Land Illustrator Registration command from the RainCAD / Land Illustrator 2008 IntelliCAD Edition or the RainCAD 2011 AcceliCAD program group in the Windows Start menu.
6. A registration window will appear and will indicate when RainCAD / Land Illustrator program has been registered with the AcceliCAD engine.
7. Restart the AcceliCAD program and the menus should appear as designed.
