When I open a database or place a water source I receive a Symbol Control error.
I receive an error similar to the following when I try to open the symbol preview box.
AcadSymbolControl
Error retrieving DWG preview: x -
C:\Program Files\Software Republic\RainCAD 4 AutoCAD\temp\x.bmp
To solve the problem:- Make sure there is a temp directory in the RainCAD 4 AutoCAD folder. By default the directory should be located on your computer in the following location - C:\Program Files\Software Republic\RainCAD 4 AutoCAD\temp.
- Make sure the temp directory has full read and write privileges.
