When RainCAD starts the registration screen Machine ID and other text boxes are blank.

AutoCAD is hanging due to security issues when accessing information from the computer. If you are running Windows XP you will need to run AutoCAD with administrator priviledges. For Windows Vista users, set AutoCAD to start with admin priviledges by right-clicking the AutoCAD icon on your desktop and choosing Run as administrator in the resulting pop-up box.
