My cursor jumps around on the screen and slows down the program.

Turn off the DesignCAD Running Snap Settings. Click on the DesignCAD Options menu and then Running Snap Settings. Make sure there is not a check mark in the Running Snap On checkbox and click on the OK button. This should prevent the cursor from jumping around on the screen.
