When starting RainCAD™ I receive a message saying, “DesignCAD not available…exiting”.

Make sure you have installed the DesignCAD 3D Max program. The CD is usually located just inside of the front cover of the DesignCAD manual. If the DesignCAD program is installed, make sure you are running the latest release of RainCAD™. You can download the updates from our web site under the Downloads link.
