My plant symbols or sprinkler symbols appear offset from the attribute number.

Some setting in DesignCAD causes the attribute number to appear offset from the symbols. We have not been able to determine which setting is causing the problem. Resetting DesignCAD back to the default values will solve the problem. We received these steps from the technical support staff at DesignCAD. This will reset all of the DesignCAD settings to the default values. If you are running DesignCAD 3D Max 18 or 16 instead of version 15, change any reference below to 18 or 16 instead of 15. For example, Dcad18.exe or Dcad16.exe. 1. Copy the DesignCAD 3D Max 15 icon on your desktop to the clipboard and paste a new copy onto the desktop. 2. Click once on the copy, then onto the name field, and change the name from "DesignCAD 3D Max 15" to "DesignCAD 3D Max 15 Clear" 3. Right-click the renamed icon, and choose "Properties". 4. Change the target field from "C:\Program Files\IMSI\DesignCAD 3D Max 15\Dcad15.exe" to"C:\Program Files\IMSI\DesignCAD 3D Max 15\Dcad15.exe" /clear(Assuming that you installed DesignCAD to the default folder. If not, just add the /clear after the path, outside the quotes.) 5. Click OK to close the properties. 6. Double-click the new icon, and wait a few moments. DesignCAD will not open, it will simply reset all of its settings to the default ones. 7. Now the command again and see if the problem is resolved. If this does not solve the problem, try the previous steps but instead of adding /clear, add /reset.
