I have a RainCAD™ icon on the desktop, but when I click on it DesignCAD opens but RainCAD™ does not open. RainCAD™ does not appear in my list of active programs in the Windows Task Manager.

1. Close any applications that may be running on your computer including DesignCAD 3D Max.
2. Click on this link - http://www.raincad.com/updates/RainCAD_9_Control_Setup.exe. This will allow you to access a program that will install all of the controls RainCAD needs to operate. The file is around 9,938 KB in size.
3. After accessing the link, the File Download box will open allowing you to Open the program or Save the program to your computer. It may take a few minutes for the File Download box to open depending on the speed of your Internet access.
4. Choosing Open will start the installation program.
5. If you choose Save, you will need to place the file on your computer and then go run the file from that location.
6. Follow the prompts to install the program and then try to run RainCAD™ again once the installation is complete.
