Problem translating drawings to AutoCAD®.

All of the exporting is handled through the DesignCAD program. We have had a few people experiencing problems translating drawings to an AutoCAD® format. We suggest that you send the technical support staff at DesignCAD an email and let then know you are having trouble.

In the meantime, we've found a way to export the drawings that cause problems.

Follow the steps below:

1. Save the drawing under a different name so you do not modify up your original.
2. Turn on all of the sprinkler arcs if they are turned off so that you can select the sprinklers.
3. Select all of the entities on the design by dragging a window or box around the entire drawing.
4. Click on Edit, Selection Edit, Convert, and Explode in the DesignCAD menus.
5. Export the drawing to AutoCAD® from the File menu.

This has worked on all of the drawings so far.
