I receive an error 3265 message when trying to open RainCAD or run a feature such as the Water Source/Zone Assignment command.

If you receive a "Run-time error '3265': Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal" message, there is a problem with one of your database files. There is a field missing in either the main database or the project database.

In either situation, contact our technical support staff at help@raincad.com. Be sure to let them know what version of RainCAD you are running. In addition, write down the command or action you took to receive the error message.
