I enter a drawing using my digitizer, but I find that if I set the units on the X axis of the drawing, the Y axis is not scaled correctly. For example, if I draw a rectangle measuring 4 x 2 and set the units on the X axis to 4, the distance on the Y axis does not measure 2.

It is likely that the aspect ratio settings for the digitizer are not mapped correctly to the screen. Go into the settings for the digitizer in Windows and properly map the aspect ratio there.
