My RainCAD or EcoCAD icons do not appear in the Toolbar.

If your icons disappear on the Toolbar in RainCAD or EcoCAD, here is a possible solution:

1. Set the Hardware Acceleration to None for your graphics adapter. In Windows 2000, right mouse click on your Desktop and click on Properties in the resulting pop-up menu. On the Display Properties dialog box, click on the Settings tab. Click on the Advanced button. In the resulting dialog box, click on the Troubleshooting tab. Slide the Hardware Accelerator button to the None setting on the left side. Click on the Apply button and click on the OK buttons to exit the dialog boxes. Answer Yes to restart your computer.
