When I place a control valve, water meter, controller, plant symbol or other symbol on the design screen, they appear as huge symbols. What is wrong?

There is a bug in the DesignCAD shipped with the first versions of RainCAD 7.5 and EcoCAD 5.0. We found that this bug will adjust the size of the symbols based on the original unit settings for the symbol and the drawing itself.

To solve the problem:

1. Shut down or close the DesignCAD program.
2. Download the DesignCAD 3D Max Update from the Downloads page on this web site.
3. Extract the contents of the file into your DesignCAD 3D Max folder on your computers hard drive. The folder can usually be found at the following location - c:\Program Files\DesignCAD 3D Max.
4. Restart the program and place another symbol on the drawing screen.

This should resolve your problem.
