I am trying to open the Custom ETo Data or the Water Cost Data but I get the error message "Permission Denied". When I click on OK it shuts down the program. What am I doing wrong?

Getting the "Permission Denied" message when trying to open Custom ETo Data or the Water Cost Data usually occurs when the program is trying to open a file that is already in use.

1. Hold down the <Ctrl> + <Esc> keys to view a task list or task bar.
2. Close all other programs. Make sure you do not have Irricalc running twice.
