The Subscription command will allow you to create or renew an account and activation for use on a single computer system.

To renew an account and create a new activation key for a computer with Internet access:

  1. If the computer is connected to the Internet, click on the Login to Your PCS Account button.

  2. If necessary, make any changes to the account information and click on the Update Account Information button.  You cannot change the email address / User ID entered when creating the account.

  3. Click on the Purchase Subscription link to the left of a Machine ID number on your Account Management page.

  4. Select the subscription period from the Number of Days drop down menu.

  5. Enter the required credit card information including the name as it appears on the card, the credit card number, the expiration date and the billing zip or postal code.

  6. Click on the Purchase Subscription Days button to complete the transaction and create a new Activation Key.

  7. Copy and paste the Activation Key or type the Activation Key EXACTLY as it appears into the Activate Purchased Subscription text box in the PCS Subscription dialog box.

  8. Click on the Activate button to unlock the software for the selected period of time.

  9. A message box will appear indicating the program has been successfully activated.

  10. Click on the Close button to exit the dialog box.

Note:

  • If you need the software on another computer, you must purchase another subscription using the Machine ID number for the new computer.  Multiple license discounts are available.

  • You cannot change the email address / User ID entered when creating the account.
