An imaginary piece of paper is displayed to assist in determining where objects may be placed on the drawing screen and how they will appear when sent to the printer. The size and orientation of the paper is determined in the Drawing Page Setup command. The Show / Hide Paper command will turn the imaginary sheet of paper on or off. A border will appear around the extents of the paper indicating the margin lines. The border indicating the margin of the paper will not print.

To turn the imaginary sheet of paper on or off:

Click on the menu selection or the toolbar icon to turn the imaginary sheet of paper on or off.

Note:

Turn off the border if you do not want it to print to the paper before beginning the printing process.
