• 			Building Tied Assemblies Learn to create a list of supplies and combine the supplies into tied assemblies for assignment to equipment or plant material. Tied Assemblies can make material list or estimates of installation cost even more accurate.
  			Assigning a Cost to Equipment or Plant Material Assign a cost to each piece of equipment to accurately calculate an estimate or proposal.
  			Updating the Product Database The Update Database command will allow you to download new product or material from the online master database.
  			Entering Your Company Information The Company Information command allows you to enter the company name, address, and contact information. This information will appear at the top of the Material List or Estimate report.
  			Printing the Design Learn how to print a design to a printing device connected to your computer or to an Adobe PDF file to send to a client or to a printing company for output to a printing device.
  	Creating a PDF File Learn even more about printing a drawing to a PDF format including changing the paper orientation and size to match the drawing. Printing the Grid Lines Learn how to print the Major and Minor grid lines of a drawing to your printer or PDF. Printing a Colored Zone Map Learn how to print a Colored Zone Map of the zones created on your design that can be given to customers. Adding Another Sheet of Paper Learn to create more than one sheet of paper for a design. Additional sheets may possibly be used for a symbol legend, hydraulic calculations, or installation detail drawings. Move, Offset and Clipping Region The Move Sheet button or Sheet Offset boxes will allow you to reposition each drawing page behind the necessary contents of the design. The Clipping Area will allow you to create a "window" onto the Master sheet contents. The combination of these commands simplify printing a drawing that spans multiple pages.
  			Purging Symbols The Purge Symbols command allows you to remove unused blocks from a design so new symbols can be placed with changes to the content, color, line type and style.
  			Adding Text Learn to place text on a design for descriptions, notations and more. You can also copy and paste text from other applications.
  			Auto Symbol Label The Auto Symbol Label command allows you to automatically place labels on or next to symbols on the design. The command works best with irrigation symbols. Landscape symbols are normally labeled using the Quantity Label command from the Landscape menu.
  	Auto Symbol Label - Settings Learn to select the desired position for the labels to appear in relation to the symbols as well as the specified offset or distance the labels will appear from the symbols. Auto Symbol Label - Placement Learn to select symbols for label placement, delete existing labels, move labels, or change the color assignment for the symbol labels.
  			Entity Locator There are often entities on a design that are many units away from the base drawing and are difficult to locate. The Entity Locator will provide a list of each group of entities and allow you to zoom in on the locations. You can also use the command to reposition the paper behind the main drawing.
  			Revision Cloud Revision clouds are used to draw attention to sections of a design during the review stage. The Revision Cloud command will allow you to draw a revision cloud made up of three or more points on the design screen. All revision cloud lines are automatically placed on the Revision Cloud layer in the Layer Manager.
  			Boundary Learn to use the Boundary command to quickly outline areas to fill with a color or pattern.
